David is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in recruiting, training, and mentoring talent in retail sales, distribution, production, banking, law firm management, and higher education administration.
As an HR Consultant, David works as part of the HR team to support clients on employment matters and keeps them updated on compliance issues and regulatory changes affecting their personnel policies and procedures. David also has experience facilitating DEI conversations and trainings.
Outside of work, David loves spending time with his family and enjoying the great outdoors, whether it’s water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, and skiing.
David has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH.
Jessica Sullivan
At Insource, Jessica works as part of the HR team to coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs that assist our clients. She also stays on top of compliance issues and advises and updates clients on changes to personnel policies and procedures.
With experience in higher education, startups, and insurance, Jessica uses her passion for helping people and her strong communication skills to guide clients through tricky employee relations situations.
In her free time, you’ll find Jessica at sporting events with her children or enjoying nature.
Jessica has a BA in English Literature from St. Anselm College, Manchester, NH.
Tina Harris
Tina is an approachable and skilled member of the HR team, known for instilling trust and helping clients determine the solution that best meets their business needs.
As a Senior HR Consultant, Tina serves as the primary Human Resources resource for several clients in various industries. Working as part of the service delivery team, she provides HR services on all employment matters including routine and complex employee relations/performance issues, policy creation, and leadership mentoring.
When not at Insource, Tina enjoys spending time dining out (or in) with friends and family and enjoying a quick weekend getaway.
Tina has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, graduating cum laude from Franklin Pierce University, NH.
