In an effort to support the professional development and continued growth of employees in the human services sector, the Providers’ Council offers both undergraduate and graduate level educational programs in Massachusetts.

Graduate Level Opportunities:

The Providers’ Council has partnered with Suffolk University to offer a Certificate In Nonprofit Human Service Management. This program is a year-long, graduate-level program aimed at nonprofit staff interested in advancing in their careers in the human services sector. This certificate program is open to both Council members and non-members.

To support its ongoing objective of promoting and developing the human services sector’s workforce, the Council offers several academic scholarships, including the Providers’ Council Graduate Leadership Scholarship. This one-time scholarship of $10,000 will be awarded to Council member employee who is entering or is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program.

Undergraduate Level Opportunities:

The Providers’ Council offers state-contracted human service employees access to a Tuition Remission Program to pursue daytime undergraduate studies at state colleges and universities. This program is open to both Council members and non-members.
