THANK YOU to all who joined us for the Providers’ Council’s 2026 Annual Membership & Business Meeting, held on April 8,2026, at the Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center in Framingham.
The meeting brought together members from across the sector for a day of updates, reflection, and discussion. During the program, the Council shared organizational and financial updates, highlighted key accomplishments from the past year, and welcomed new leadership to its Board of Directors, including newly elected members Ken Bates, Melissa Gonzalez, and Lisa Morgan.
Following the business portion of the meeting, the Council released its latest research report, Stretched to Capacity: The Workforce Crisis in Human Services, which examines workforce trends across the Commonwealth, including vacancy rates and the structural challenges impacting the sector. The program concluded with a panel discussion featuring leaders from across the human services field, who reflected on the report’s findings and shared perspectives on the future of the sector in Massachusetts.
