Patrick Daily

Education and Membership Associate

Patrick helps coordinate the Council's half-day trainings and events, the Tuition Remission program, the Graduate-level Certificate in Nonprofit Human Services Program at Suffolk University, and academic scholarship opportunities. Patrick also provides support for our popular online training program, Providers' eAcademy.

Zoena Howland

Zoena provides lead support and oversees the popular Providers' eAcademy program, which provides an online training database and courses to over a third of Council members. Contact Zoena to learn more about the Providers' eAcademy program.

Tracy Jordan

Director of Finance & Operations

Tracy handles the finances for both the Providers' Council and the Human Services Providers Charitable Foundation, including accounts payable and receivable. She serves as the office manager, handles human resources and manages registration for the Annual Convention & Expo, the Council's signature event.

Erica Noonan

Erica is the editor of The Provider newspaper, which includes writing news stories, assigning columns and designing the paper. She also works on the Council's public policy, communications and social media initiatives.

Caroline O'Neill

Caroline is the project manager of The Caring Force, the Providers' Council's grassroots advocacy initiative. She also works on the Providers' Council's public policy priorities, tracks the state budget and analyzes human services rates.

Michael Weekes

President and CEO

Michael is responsible for the overall management of the Providers' Council and its related foundation, the Human Services Providers Charitable Foundation, Inc. He provides leadership on human services issues and serves on nonprofit boards.

Bill Yelenak

Vice President of Public Policy and Development

Bill oversees the Providers' Council's public policy and communications functions, including monitoring the annual state budget and Council's legislative agenda. He also writes testimony and/or other communication on behalf of the organization.
