Change isn’t happening in waves anymore — it’s happening all the time. Nonprofit teams are navigating shifting policies, funding uncertainty, evolving priorities, and internal transitions that stack on top of each other. In this session, we’ll explore practical, people-centered approaches for leading through continuous change. You’ll learn how to create clarity when conditions keep shifting, reduce unnecessary overwhelm, and support your team’s emotional and cognitive needs during periods of instability.
Participants will leave with simple, actionable tools for sensemaking, communicating, and maintaining momentum in environments where change feels like it’s the whole context.
