The impact of Measurement-Based Care (MBC) on behavioral health care is well known today. By giving providers and clients greater visibility into progress and making outcomes data part of treatment, MBC can strengthen engagement, inform clinical decision-making, and meaningfully improve outcomes. Now, the value of that data is extending far beyond the clinical setting.
Behavioral health funding is changing. Across grants, RFPs, payor contracts, and value-based care arrangements, organizations are facing growing pressure to demonstrate the impact of their services and make a stronger case for investment. Organizations using MBC are increasingly well positioned to meet that demand, with outcomes data that can strengthen grant applications, differentiate RFP responses, support negotiations with funders and payors, and help make the case for the resources needed to expand access to care. The ROI extends even further when MBC helps improve engagement and reduce costly challenges like no-shows and early dropout.
