This session explores how unclear roles, inefficient workflows, and concentrated decision-making create strain and slow progress. Participants will gain practical strategies to clarify responsibilities, improve how work flows, and distribute decision-making more effectively, leading to stronger alignment, increased capacity, and more sustainable service delivery.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
– Identify how unclear roles, inefficient workflows, and concentrated decision-making contribute to urgency and strain within their organization.
– Assess where work and decision-making are misaligned in their current structure using a practical reflection framework.
– Apply at least one strategy to clarify responsibilities, improve workflow, or distribute decision-making more effectively within their team or organization.
