On behalf of The Caring Force, we would like to wish you a happy and healthy New Year.
2021 was a year of growth, resilience, and achievement. We grew to more than 30,000 members, hosted our 10th Annual Caring Force Rally with close to 1,000 virtual attendees, featured the annual Broadcast Your Love awards all over social media and put a Caring Force Member Spotlight on some amazing members. Most notably, The Caring Force succeeded in securing a human services student loan repayment program – funded at $16.5 million – with your staunch and unified advocacy!
We look forward to the legislative session continuing in January and continuing to advocate for human services workers and programs. We are going into 2022 with more than 30,000 people who care about the human services sector and want to create an environment in Massachusetts that protects our most vulnerable neighbors and creates a stronger economy with the pay, recognition, and respect our workers deserve.
