John King is our Caring Force March 2026 Workforce Hero Spotlight honoree! King began as Manager of the Transitional Day Program and now serves as Associate Director of the Welcome Center and Emergency Residence at Bridge Over Troubled Waters.
Maritza Lagos is our Caring Force February 2026 Workforce Hero Spotlight honoree! Lagos works as a Long-Term Service Coordinator (LTSC) at Mystic Valley Elder Services.
The Caring Force is honored to announce Rose Cherley Jean Louis as our TCF January 2026 Workforce Hero Spotlight honoree. Louis works as Direct Support staff at North Suffolk Community Services. When speaking to her work, her supervisor said, “her care for the individuals is exceptional, she takes initiative, is flexible and her trainings are 100%.”
