More than 600 supervisors have completed this series, which brings together the knowledge of experienced trainers to address the challenges that supervisors face today.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must have a supervisor recommendation and a bachelor’s degree or relevant prior work experience. Admission to the program is contingent upon approval by the university partner and the Providers’ Council.

This session, presented by Jim Ognibene of Visioneer Consulting, will help newly emerging leaders define their niche in human services with definitive, practical action steps they can take right away. Course content presents recent 2021 Center for Creative Leadership research of 10,386 emerging leaders worldwide and what they want and need to succeed.
