Older adults across communities face unique challenges in maintaining social connection, often struggling with isolation and limited resources.
This webinar shares findings from a qualitative study exploring how older Mainers use internet technologies, such as video calling, social media, and texting, to find information, connect with others, and connect with others. Through participant stories and key themes, we’ll discuss both the opportunities and challenges of digital engagement, and offer practical, research-informed strategies for supporting healthy aging and strong connections.
This session offers 2 CEUs for NASW, LICSW, LDAC, LMHC and Nursing.
