This interactive, in-person training is designed for current and emerging leaders in residential services who are responsible for overseeing program operations, staff performance, and quality care. Delivered across two half-day sessions, this course walks participants through 13 essential topics that define effective Residential Program Management.

Participants will gain practical tools, real-world strategies, and leadership insights to strengthen program compliance, enhance staff accountability, and ensure high-quality, person-centered support for individuals served. Through guided discussion, case scenarios, and hands-on workbook activities, attendees will leave equipped to lead with confidence and consistency.
