In this webinar, MassDevelopment will review tax-exempt bond financing for 501(c)(3) organizations, and discuss what steps are required to issue a tax-exempt bond. MassDevelopment will also review some recent bond transactions, where different products from the Agency were used to address lending risk, leverage debt, bridge pledges and solve financing issues. These bonds can be financed through your current existing bank relationship, with some help from MassDevelopment’s staff.

During this webinar, attendees:

– Will hear how financing can be leveraged to reduce lending risk, inject equity into projects, and enhance an organization’s debt structure to offset current rising interest rates.
– Will hear about a variety of financing tools used for real estate projects to enhance project financings and provide development solutions.
