In leadership, the conversations you avoid are often the ones that matter most. This session introduces leaders to the foundational principles of Generative Listening and the mindset required to navigate challenging conversations with clarity, confidence, and intention. Participants will learn the underlying dynamics that shape high-stakes communication, how to create the conditions for meaningful dialogue, and practical techniques to strengthen relationships, improve performance, and lead with greater impact. This condensed workshop provides powerful tools that leaders can apply immediately in their teams, organizations, and everyday interactions.
