Benefits USA is a free online tool that screens for 20+ government benefit programs and shows users what they likely qualify for with clear next steps to apply. It takes about 3 minutes, works on any phone, and requires no login or account. Results cover SNAP, MassHealth, LIHEAP, EITC, and more. Human services organizations can use it two ways: HR teams can share it with staff who may qualify for benefits themselves, and frontline teams can utilize it to support the people they serve. In this webinar, we’ll demo the tool live and walk through how to roll it out across your organization for both audiences.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
– Understand the scope of government benefits available in Massachusetts and why eligible individuals often miss out
– Use the Benefits USA screener to identify government programs that staff and clients may qualify for
– Learn low-effort ways to integrate the screener into HR communications and client-facing workflows
