Against a backdrop of constantly changing federal immigration policies, it can be challenging to identify the support staff need. Trust is at the heart of employee engagement and it is more important now than ever to ensure staff feel supported at work, particularly those affected by policy changes.
Omolewa Fagboore of Open Sky Community Services joins the Providers’ Council to share best practices around building psychological safety for staff who may be affected by changing immigration policies. Join this session to share your own experiences and learn from other Provider members on how best to build trust among staff.
This session will not provide legal advice on federal immigration policy changes. Please see the bottom of this page for resources related to immigration policy.
