Associate Member Workshop: The CLIMB Framework

The Career Leadership Indicators for Mobility and Belonging (CLIMB) Framework is a new initiative led by the African Bridge Network to strengthen career advancement and equity workforce development for the human services industry. The CLIMB Framework will help agencies measure what truly matters—employee retention, career growth, supervisor quality, and belonging, through clear, consistent metrics. This workforce development evaluation and benchmarking will help your agency measure the effectiveness of its workforce development efforts and compare your performance with that of other similar agencies. This collaborative effort aims to build a stronger, more equitable workforce by making career mobility visible and measurable.

In this session, we’ll explore the framework’s evolving indicators, discuss insights gathered from agency feedback, and co-design practical next steps to ensure it reflects the realities and aspirations of the field.
