The 2025 Annual Caring Force Coalition Meeting took place on Thursday, November 6, at the Providers’ Council office in Framingham. Each year, this gathering brings together Caring Force committee members, regional rally planners, captains, and ambassadors to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and shape plans for the year ahead.
In 2025, The Caring Force hosted five regional rallies and held its 13th Annual State House Rally—this time in an expanded space—with both initiatives seeing record participation. TCF also enhanced its social media presence throughout the year and debuted the T-Shirt Design Contest initative. Notably, the regional rally model and the expanded State House Rally venue were both ideas that originated from coalition meetings in previous years!

Below you’ll find our summarized discussion points from the meeting:
-
Rally Planning: Improve storytelling and press coverage; plan regional rally dates earlier with leadership involvement and clearer community-wide messaging.
-
Member Engagement: Increase in-person member visits to recruit more Captains and Ambassadors and incorporate more communications’ personnel from member organizations as captains to boost participation.
-
CareVote: Register voters at rallies, use creative incentives, and integrate voting info into the upcoming video orientation and large agency events.
-
Social Media: Focus on photos, real stories, and short videos; post frequently, use hashtags, tag members, and collaborate with provider communications teams.
-
Inclusion & Accessibility: Maintain ASL and Spanish materials and refine initiatives like the T-shirt contest
Our goals for 2026 are the following:
- Engage a wider audience.
- Improve our sense of TCF community.
- Re-record and re-distribute Caring Force Orientation Video.
- Institute virtual quarterly meetings with entire coalition
- Pass legislation!
