The Providers’ Council, in conjunction with Associate Member AAFCPAs will host a free, members-only webinar — The Tax Cuts & Jobs Act and What Nonprofits Need to Know — on Monday, Dec. 10th at noon.
The session, led by Trust, Estate, Tax and Nonprofit Attorney Joshua England, JD, LLM, will cover a number of federal tax law changes that could impact your organization, including unrelated business income tax (UBIT) “siloing” rules and taxability of fringe benefits that may apply to state tax filings as well.
Other topics that will be covered include how to better anticipate the way in which private donations may be impacted and other new provisions affecting nonprofits. There will be time for questions as well.
