Through this roundtable conversation, we are excited to bring together representatives from member organizations to share their stories and best practices on combating racial and social inequities within the work they do everyday. Attendees will leave this session with new ideas, resources and an expanded network of colleagues aligned with a similar goal of creating communities of respect, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) within the human services sector.
Whether you have developed an impactful strategy to embrace diversity or if you are interested in doing so, we invite you to join us for this free, members-only roundtable on diversity, equity and inclusion. The format of the roundtable session is intended to allow for both panelists and attendees to share what they are doing to advance their DEIB efforts.
Learn from each other and expand your knowledge of DEIB initiatives and practices, knowing that every organization is at a different place in their DEIB journey. This representative group of panelists will share the successes (and challenges) in their path forward to a more equitable and inclusive culture.
