In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll focus on the specific skills that managers rely on to unleash the 3 E’s of Employee Engagement:
– Enablement
– Ennoblement
– Empowerment
We’ll also talk about the HR practices and company-wide mixed messages that inadvertently inhibit engagement.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
– Create clarity about management priorities;
– Cascade communication;
– Get everyone “rowing in the same direction;”
– Encourage managers to handle day-to-day feedback and performance management; and
– Get all voices in on decision-making and problem-solving.
