In 2023-24, The Guild for Human Services collaborated with Relias to replicate their national Direct Support Professional survey and benchmark the data. Join us for this webinar to discuss key findings, the resulting research report, and trends relevant to other providers.
This session includes an overview of the DSP survey data including satisfaction, demographics, career development, appreciation/recognition, and challenges. There will be a particular emphasis on data demonstrating supervisors’ key role in staff satisfaction and retention. Participants will learn about The Guild’s efforts to use evidence-based frameworks to strengthen supervision.
Intended Audience: Executive Leadership, Supervisors, and Professional Development Staff
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
