This session will help nonprofit leaders understand legal risks and compliance strategies in light of recent executive orders related to DEI. It will provide an overview of the executive orders and their direct and indirect impact on nonprofits, explore what has been prohibited and what remains legally protected, and highlight risk mitigation strategies for nonprofit boards and leadership.
