Ella Froggatt, Boston Public Health Commission
Ella Froggatt started as the Employee Wellness Program Manager at Vinfen in October 2018 and previously worked with human service organizations for over 6 years at the Providers’ Council. She earned her Master’s in Public Administration from Suffolk University with a concentration in nonprofit management and community health in 2018. In November 2020, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Employee Engagement & Wellness to improve the overall experience of employees which includes employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, professional development, and staff satisfaction. In 2022, she shifted to the public health field and is now the Active Living Program Manager for the Boston Public Health Commission. Her goal is to make physical activity accessible and equitable for Boston residents and focuses on free fitness, active commuting for school age children, and safe active transportation. She took her passion for employee engagement with her and still supports the wellness and inclusion programs at the Commission.
