Building on the energy of last year’s first-ever Merrimack Valley Rally — where nearly 200 advocates gathered at Northern Essex Community College to demand increased funding and fair wages for human services workers — this upcoming event will once again unite the sector to raise our voices together. Join fellow providers, workers, and champions for an energizing rally focused on pay parity, sustainable funding, and the power of collective advocacy in Merrimack Valley.
The third annual Western MA Rally is back at Westfield State University — bringing together human services workers, providers, and advocates for a high-energy morning of advocacy, community, and a DJ-led dance party. We’ll raise our voices (and move our feet) as we call for fair wages and increased funding for the human services sector in Western Massachusetts.
Join us at the first-ever Metro Boston Regional Rally at the Work Inc. headquarters as workers, providers, and advocates from across the region come together to celebrate the human services sector and elevate our shared priorities. This gathering will spotlight the voices of frontline staff, highlight workforce challenges, and amplify calls for livable wages, sustainable funding, and policies that strengthen care for our communities. Be part of this historic moment to show the power of the human services workforce!
The Massachusetts Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Conference brings together hundreds of professionals to honor, celebrate, and educate the workforce serving individuals with disabilities. The two-day event features plenary sessions, breakout topics like burnout prevention, and a town hall with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
