Our free, members-only human resources and training leaders online roundtables provide a chance for collaboration among HR professionals across the human services sector. Originally created to support HR professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic, this online roundtable continues to convene twice a month and offers a space for HR professionals in human services to network, share ideas and best practices, and navigate challenges.
This roundtable series includes:
1st Thursday of the month, 10 – 11 a.m.: An open discussion where roundtable attendees bring agenda items, resources, and questions to the larger group. Each month centers around a broad theme (i.e. recruitment; retention; professional development; compliance trainings; and employee handbooks).
Monthly: A newsletter outlining upcoming programming; meeting notes; and agenda topic submission.
Ongoing: An associated listserv for attendees to post questions in-between our scheduled meeting times.
