The second Trump administration’s executive orders, cancelled grants, and threats to revoke exemptions have created a confusing environment for nonprofit leaders, who cannot always keep track of the ways the administration is interpreting and administering nonprofit law. Congress has also passed legislation that has an effect on nonprofits. This webinar will bring nonprofit leaders up to date and suggest ways to navigate the unfolding legal landscape. Participants will engage with realistic scenarios, brainstorm possible solutions, and recognize they probably have the tools to address these new challenges.
