This annual virtual conference brings together social workers, advocates, caregivers, and community leaders dedicated to advancing equity, access, and quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities. This year’s program will address the devastating impact of COVID on nursing home residents, while also highlighting how residents have responded with resilience and advocacy.
Expert-led sessions will explore critical topics including public policy, Independent Living Centers, immigration, and the unique challenges facing solo agers. Participants will gain practical tools, policy updates, and innovative strategies to support and advocate for vulnerable communities during challenging times.
This event is approved for 6.5 CEUs for Social Work.
