– New state laws that appear to have been passed in response to current events, including new rights to leave to serve as an election official, organ donor, or disaster relief worker.
– Non-compete agreements and how employers can still utilize them.
– New and pending legislation in Massachusetts including the new pay transparency law and pending legislation on employer use of facial recognition software and other biometric data systems.
