The Caring Force is honored to announce Rose Cherley Jean Louis as our TCF January 2026 Workforce Hero Spotlight honoree. Louis works as Direct Support staff at North Suffolk Community Services. When speaking to her work, her supervisor said, “her care for the individuals is exceptional, she takes initiative, is flexible and her trainings are 100%.”

The Caring Force is honored to announce Laquinta Bryan as our TCF December 2025 Workforce Hero Spotlight honoree. Bryan has worked at Communities for People for 11 years, and has served as a Residential Staff Supervisor, an Independent Living Outreach worker, and was recently promoted to Young Adult Supported Living Community Site Coordinator.

The Caring Force is honored to announce Maribel Van Corbach as our TCF November 2025 Workforce Hero Spotlight honoree. Van Corbach is a clinician at Casa Esperanza.

The 2025 Annual Caring Force Coalition Meeting took place on Thursday, November 6, at the Providers’ Council office in Framingham. Each year, this gathering brings together Caring Force committee members, regional rally planners, captains, and ambassadors to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and shape plans for the year ahead.
