After a few years of not being able to rally in-person, we are excited to share that the Eleventh Annual Caring Force Rally will be held in May at the State House!
This legislative session, we are introducing two bills that would create a student loan repayment program for human services workers and ensure a livable wage for private, community-based nonprofit human services workers. You can help advocate for our Pro-Workforce Legislative Agenda by attending The Caring Force Rally on Tuesday, May 16th.
We know what we have to do to make a difference: We have to rally and be heard! We have to get the attention of our legislators. Rallying gives us the opportunity to strengthen our relationships with legislators, share our personal stories and educate others on how vitally important the human service sector is in building caring communities across the Commonwealth.
We are so excited to see everyone in-person after so long apart!
Can we count on you to join us on May 16th?
- We’re currently running a campaign to get co-sponsors on our four bills, and we need to turn up the volume to get more co-sponsors. Please use our pre-written letter and take five minutes to send a note to your legislators today.
- Get together with colleagues and order TCF t-shirts for the rally!
- Let us know if you have a story to share with legislators – either at the rally or leading up to it on social media. Email Caroline O’Neill at the Council.
If you have been to a rally in the past, break out your gold shirt, grab a friend and join us once again! If you haven’t been to one of our rallies, then come on out and see what all the buzz is about! Once you register be sure to tell us on social media! We would love to see how many people are registered and excited about the Eleventh Annual #CaringForceRally.
Be sure to RSVP to The Caring Force Rally today, and then invite your friends, family and co-workers to join us as well. Together we can show Massachusetts the power of The Caring Force.
