On May 22nd, The Caring Force will come together at 10 a.m. at the State House for our 12th Annual Caring Force Rally!
This year’s rally will focus on our bills to help human service workers, including creating a program to ease the burden of student loans (H.214/S.77) and ensuring a livable wage for human services workers (H.191/S.84).
Our two legislative champions will receive a coveted Caring Bear Award, but more importantly, they will have the opportunity to hear directly from human services supporters like you. Together, we can show them how important human services are for our Commonwealth, and how they can help workers, clients and families in the sector.
Use our pre-written letter to invite your legislators to attend the 12th Annual State House Rally and to meet with you after the speaking portion of the rally is over! The more legislators that attend, the better. We need lawmakers to be aware of how best to support our agencies, clients and hard-working direct care professionals. We also need them to understand why our bills are so critically important – and we can’t do it without your help.
Take action now by contacting your legislators and inviting them to join you at the 2024 Caring Force Rally on May 22nd. Once you invite your legislators and request a meeting, all that is left to do is grab your gold T-shirt and RSVP for the really using this form.
