We’re inviting YOU to design the back of our special-edition gold Caring Force t-shirt worn by members statewide on rally days and sold in our online store. It’s your chance to combine advocacy and creativity, and see your design worn proudly by Caring Force members across the state.
Next year marks The Caring Force’s 15th anniversary of our first-ever State House Rally. To help us commemorate our 15th Anniversary, we’re asking you to help us design a t-shirt and our 15 Year marketing tagline that honors the history of The Caring Force!
Submit your original design by Friday, September 11 to enter!
Our Caring Force Committee will select a winning design, along with two finalists. All three will be unveiled at the Providers’ Council 51st Annual Convention & Expo: Unshaken in Purpose, on October 26 in front of hundreds of human services professionals and the winning design will be available for purchase in our online store over the next year, while the second and third place designs will be on our rally merch.
Design Guidelines & Rules
- Design: Must be for the back of our gold Caring Force t-shirt and have a title. We will be selecting a title from one of the designs or from social media as our 15th Anniversary tagline for marketing purposes. A selection of the tagline does not mean winning the design contest.
- Required theme: 2027 marks The Caring Force’s 15th anniversary, so we want submissions that celebrate it. Elements like our logo, QT the Bear, rally imagery or the State House are highly encouraged! Click here to view images for inspiration.
- Dimensions: If sketching by hand, use a standard 8.5″ x 11″ sheet in portrait orientation and please fill most of the page. For quality, please scan to submit your designs as opposed to taking photos.
- Colors: You may incorporate up to 3 colors, and remember, any blank space will print as yellow.
- Format: Designs can be digital or hand-drawn. No AI-generated or AI-edited artwork will be accepted. All designs must be 100% original and created by you.
- You must have approval from your organization’s President/CEO/Executive Director before submitting.
- Submit by Friday, September 11, 2026.

Voting will take place online. The Caring Force will send a voting form to all TCF members and Providers’ Council 51st Convention & Expo Registrants on Monday, September 16, 2026.
Winners revealed: Monday, October 26, 2026 at the Providers’ Council 51st Convention & Expo.
