News Your vote matters! How to vote by mail in Massachusetts

Massachusetts has “no excuse” vote by mail, meaning that anyone can vote by mail!

Here’s what you need to do in order to vote by mail in the important Massachusetts primary elections on September 1:

1. Register to vote by August 21. (This includes updating your address if you moved recently.  Check your registration status here.)

Register online in under five minutes here.

2. Once you’re registered to vote, print and fill out this vote by mail application.

3. You must deliver (mail or drop off) that application to your local election office by August 26th in order to vote in the September 1st primary! Find your local election office here.

4.  Once you have submitted your application, you can track your ballot here.

Then vote by simply filling out the ballot and send it back to your local election office ASAP!
