The Council selected the theme Celebrate Our Strength for this year’s event to recognize and commend the human services workers that fill more than 180,000 jobs across Massachusetts. Workers have demonstrated demonstrating remarkable levels of resilience and integrity as they provided essential services to the state’s most vulnerable residents throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The keynote speaker at the Convention will be President and CEO of Integrity Development Corp. Eric Ellis, who is recognized as one of our nation’s leading consultants and strategists on matters related to diversity and inclusion.
