This month, the Council featured a breakdown of the Council’s latest research report, Stretched to Capacity: The Workforce Crisis in Human Services, and highlights from the panel discussion hosted after the organization’s Annual Membership and Business Meeting (AMBM), a recap of the South of Boston Caring Force rally, the announcement of its 51st Annual Convention and Expo theme, date and logo, information regarding the House’s FY ’27 budget proposal and a recap of the Council’s 51st AMBM.
In this edition, the “View from the Hill” section featured Senator Patrick O’Connor who discusses his experience at the South of Boston Caring Force Rally and the struggle of paying off exorbitantly high student loan debt for the human services workforce.
