This month, the Council featured content on the Council’s panel lineup for a discussion regarding its latest research report, Stretched to Capacity: The Workforce Crisis in Human Services, to be presented at the Annual Membership and Business Meeting (AMBM), its upcoming supervision trainings, proposed changes to federal grant processes, The Caring Force’s recent attendance at the Annual Berkshire Legislative Breakfast for Disability Advocacy and a commemoration to Michael Ripple, a friend of the Council and beloved cartoonist who passed away last month.
In this edition, the “View from the Hill” section featured Representative Brandy Fluker-Reid who discusses her initiative to help incarcerated individuals access identification before release to help ease their transition back into society.
