On May 29, the Council was excited to host the Accountability Challenge in partnership with Dirigo, bringing back a very popular 2024 convention workshop for an in-person session!
Led by Garry Foisy, principal facilitator and speaker at Dirigo, this workshop aimed at enhancing workplace culture through strengthening behavioral and personal accountability, leading to better results. This workshop targeted the root of common organizational issues — personal and organizational accountability. This interactive session challenged traditional views and taught leaders and their teams to redefine accountability. Participants learned to use a common language to clarify challenges and carve paths to resolution and accountability, enhancing culture, communications and performance.
