News Providers’ eAcademy’s Human Services Credentialing Program releases newly revised courses in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

We are excited to announce that the Providers’ eAcademy’s Human Services Credentialing Program released newly revised and updated courses in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities today, to eAcademy participating agencies through your Relias LMS at no additional cost.

Starting today, Administrators will have access to 11 new and modern courses and will see the new Human Services Credential in Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Training Plan shared on their platform.

Agencies can choose to assign these new courses individually to staff or to assign them together through the Training Plan tool. Upon completion of the full credential — including the final exam — staff are eligible to receive a printed certificate from the Providers’ Council accredited by the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP).

We will also be periodically releasing new modules over the course of the year, covering six additional credentials. Topics include: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Child, Youth & Family Welfare Level 1, Child, Youth & Family Welfare Level 2, Mental Health, Substance Use and Addictive Disorder and Leadership & Frontline Supervision.
