News New guidance issued for residential and congregate care providers during COVID-19 crisis

On Tuesday, April 14, the  Executive Office of Health and Human Services issued updated guidance for residential and congregate care programs during the COVID-19 crisis.

The new guidelines cover protective measures/mitigating the risk of spreading COVID-19; restrictions on visitors; screening current residents; staff protocols; and precautionary steps to keep residents and staff healthy, among other topics.
