Today is Election Day, and voters in about 60 towns and cities in Massachusetts will be heading to the polls to vote in local elections.

Registered voters in Boston get to cast their ballots for the city’s first contested mayoral race since 2013. Whether voters select Michelle Wu or Annissa Essaibi George, the city will have its first-ever elected female mayor, as well as its first-ever elected mayor of color.
