The Leadership Initiative (TLI) is a cross-agency mentoring program for Providers’ Council organizations, designed to support career growth in the human services sector. The Leadership Initiative (TLI) offers a framework for growth through mentor and mentee relationships and is tailored toward individuals looking to advance their career in the sector and those willing to share knowledge from their experience.
Webinar attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Council staff about the framework and timeline of the upcoming program as well as information on how to join the program. Register to learn more!
