News Help employers find you: Upload your resume to Jobs with Heart

Human services is one of the fastest-growing industries in the Commonwealth, and provider organizations in every part of the state are hiring for a broad range of staff positions.

The Providers’ Council’s Jobs with Heart jobs board offers several free tools to make it easier for job seekers looking to start or advance their careers in human services.

The resume bank allows candidates to upload a current CV or resume and include other information, such as desired pay, career level and previous employers. Site users have the option of keeping their names and current employer private. Jobs with Heart also has a notifications option, so job seekers can receive an email or text message alert when a new job is posted that matches their specified interests or qualifications.

There are currently hundreds of Massachusetts-based human services jobs posted at JobswithHeart.org, searchable by region of the state, title, employer, and more. The updated filtering and functionality also includes internships, and employers are encouraged to post these openings as well. Jobs with Heart is always free for job seekers and for Providers’ Council members to use.

Since its launch last May, nearly 200 employers have taken advantage of all the features and options offered at JobswithHeart.org, posting about 3,000 available positions. Jobs posted to the site have had more than 650,000 exposures and more than 21,000 job views. The “Apply Now” feature has been used nearly 400 times, but because many employers have candidates apply through their own websites, this does not reflect the total number of applications for Jobs With Heart postings.
