News Create or expand your social enterprise with help from Boston College social work students

Across the human services sector, agencies have developed social enterprises to help meet their revenue needs while fulfilling their mission.

If you’re looking to strengthen or begin a social enterprise, submit an RFP today to receive free consulting services from Boston College School of Social Work students. Throughout the semester, these graduate students can provide initial market research, mock budgets, marketing guidance and more depending on your agency needs!

This has been a valuable opportunity for many members in the past to create or hone their enterprises into revenue-generating businesses. As one agency notes, “Not only was their plan helpful for us, but it will serve as our guide as we move forward on the project. It is literally making it possible for us to begin!”

After all proposals are submitted, the Providers’ Council and Boston College will review and determine which agencies will be paired with the students; applicants will be informed either way. If you are interested please fill out this form and send to Eliza Adams at eadams@providers.org by Tuesday, December 1.
