On February 20, the Providers’ Council will attend a hearing with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) in response to proposed amendments to 101 CMR 414.00: Rates for Family Stabilization Services.

Among other requests, the Council urged the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) to incorporate the 75th percentile of the BLS data to ensure community-based human services organizations can recruit and retain workers in an increasingly competitive environment.
EOHHS has published notices of public hearings for two upcoming Chapter 257 rate hearings on March 20:
The Council plans to attend the hearings to submit testimony and take notes. Please let us know if you intend to testify and/or you have questions about the rates. Any written testimony is due by 5 p.m. on the day of the rate hearing.
