News Council jobs board hits milestone 1 million exposures

The Providers’ Council is pleased to announce that its jobs board, Job with Heart, recently surpassed 1 million job exposures since its launch on May 1, 2017.

During that time, more than 4,500 jobs have been posted to the site, gaining more than 38,000 job views. More than 250 employers have created accounts, and the number of job seekers who have signed up continues to grow, as does the resume bank.

The Providers’ Council this week launched another round of advertising for Jobs with Heart on the MBTA’s red, orange and blue lines, to draw more people to the site and the jobs posted there. The #RiseUp campaign ads are regularly shared via social media as well.

So what are you waiting for? The jobs board is open to all human services providers, but Providers’ Council members may post their open positions for free, without limit. Postings can be highlighted for a nominal fee. Employer accounts are customizable with organization logos, mission statements and more. The site is also free for job seekers, who can create accounts and upload resumes to the resume bank. Tools and settings allow users to receive customized job alerts and keep their resume anonymous, among other options.
