The Providers’ Council recently announced that it will host a new training in November, Career Counseling & Professional Development: Building Better Benefits.
In this session, participants will learn how to build career pathways to grow and retain staff. Presenter Christina Broughton, internship and career development programs manager at Vinfen, will discuss the Grow at Vinfen campaign as a case study for participants to explore the research conducted and the resources, programs and partnerships utilized to begin their own career development initiatives.
