About Christina Broughton: Christina has worked in the human service nonprofit sector for over 6 years, in recent years focusing on career and professional development. Her current role and passion lies in breaking down barriers for adult learning and career growth, working to help employees fulfill their professional goals by improving benefits, building useful partnerships and embracing innovation.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and recently completed her Master’s in Public Administration with a Certificate in Nonprofit Human Services Management.
