The Providers’ Council is excited to announce that it will once again host its popular two-day training series Success as a New Supervisor in late July and August.
This hybrid training is perfect for new and upcoming supervisors and managers. Participants will learn what skills are required of today’s leaders, how leadership differs from management, the core skills needed for new supervisors and how to increase staff engagement and competence.
Session I will take place at the Council office in Framingham on July 30 and Day II will be held online via Zoom on August 6. Both sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
