The Providers’ Council recently announced a new training — Delegating Effectively for Employee Development — which will be held virtually on Thursday, August 24 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Effective delegation requires identifying the appropriate task and the team member fit for an assignment, a thorough discussion that sets an individual up for a successful learning outcome and feedback throughout the assignment to support the individual and adjust the assignment as needed. In this session, Virginia Maglio of Optimum Development will address all the requirements to set an individual up for a successful outcome when they take on a new assignment.
